Answers to the most common questions about booking Gold Coast Brat Haus for your event.
Can the Brat Haus rig park anywhere?
We typically set up on private property or approved event sites. A flat, level space
(about 7m x 3m) with safe vehicle access works best. If you’re planning to use a public park or street,
permits may be required—chat with us and we’ll guide you.
Do you service my area?
We’re based on the Gold Coast and cater across GC, Brisbane, and Northern NSW.
Travel fees may apply for longer distances—but we’ll always be upfront.
What’s included in your private catering?
Chef team, service staff, our mobile grill setup, premium German-style sausages and buns,
condiments & toppings station, and eco-friendly serving ware as standard. Power/water not required
for most setups—ask us if your venue has restrictions.
How do I get a quote?
Hit “Get an Instant Quote,” tell us your date, guest count, and location, and we’ll confirm pricing.
Need something custom? Leave a note—we’ll tailor a package.
Payment and cancellation terms
A deposit secures your date. Balance is due 7 days before your event (or on the day by prior arrangement).
Deposits are refundable with enough notice provided, but we’re happy to help with rescheduling subject to availability.
Can you handle dietary requirements?
Absolutely. We offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options on request, and can accommodate
nut-free and dairy-free needs. Let us know in advance so we can plan the right mix.
How far in advance should I book?
Popular dates go fast—book as early as you can. Last-minute event?
Reach out anyway; if there’s a gap, we’ll make it happen.
Do you provide grazing or sides?
Yes—add our German-inspired sides (pretzels, kraut, potato salad) or a premium grazing board
to start the party. Ask for the current add-ons menu.
